Andre Canta is a San Francisco-based graphic designer and photographer.

Andre Canta (he/him) has roots in the Philippines and was born in Hong Kong. He grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey, and now lives in San Francisco. Andre graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. in Design and triple minored in Advertising, Catholic Studies, and Philippine Studies. 

Andre currently works as a Designer at Impact Trial, LLC where he creates litigation graphics for the world’s leading trial attorneys.

Andre began learning about design in high school and started taking portraits at 16. During his university studies, he dove deeper into the design world, and now he sees the design process as an opportunity for collaboration with peers. Andre has a passion for turning conceptual ideas into visual solutions. He works in both digital and physical spaces by creating designs meant for everything from social media and motion graphics to print and merchandise. Recently he has been inspired by designers that work in physical mediums like linocut and printmaking, and he hopes to continue designing for both print and digital realms. He has a special passion for bringing pieces of the physical world into the digital as well as bringing digital ideas into physical spaces.
